Frame Foundry

Privacy policy

Last updated Oct 15, 2026. Short version: we collect only what we need to quote, build and deliver your PC, and we never sell it.

This policy covers the Frame Foundry website and orders with Pacific Front Desk LLC dba Frame Foundry.

What we collect

What this website does not do

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by us. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security - see Netlify's privacy policy. The chat keeps your conversation only in your own browser tab until you close it. Stripe's checkout page, if you buy a build, sets its own cookies for fraud prevention.

Who else handles your data

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we never have.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders: up to 2 years, so we can follow up once if you asked us to. Orders: as long as tax and warranty records require (generally up to 7 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, and California residents have further rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Email hello@framefoundrypc.com and we will reply within 30 days. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law even after a deletion request.

Children

Many of our PCs are for kids, but orders are placed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When we set up parental controls, we do not keep the child's account passwords.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
